2 Day Merch Vendor Package

Secure your spot as a Two Day Merch Vendor at the event! This package allows your merch booth to operate for both event days.

Each vendor space is 10' x 10'.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, equipment, tables, tents, displays, power, and any required permits or licenses needed to sell at the event.

Vendor setup will take place on Thursday, October 8th. Tear down will take place on Sunday, October 11th.Overnight security will be on-site during the event.

The event will be open to the public from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Vendors are not required to operate for the full duration of those hours and may choose to operate within that timeframe based on their preferred schedule.

To be added to the official vendor roster, the vendor application form must be completed and the application fee must be paid in full. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the form and payment are received.

Vendors will be responsible for supplying their own power.
